Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Our return and refund policy is valid for 3 days from the date of delivery.
- After 3 days, we will not be able to offer a refund, exchange, or replacement.
- To qualify for a return, the product must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- Returned in its original packaging.
- Supported with a mandatory unboxing video, which helps us assess any damage, missing items, or eligibility for refund/replacement.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances:
- Sale & special discounted items.
- Essential oils, oil blends, mists, and personal care products (creams, oils, etc.).
- Subscription boxes, mystery boxes, and pre-order items.

Refund Policy
- Prepaid Orders:
- Order cancelled before shipping ? 2% cancellation fee (of order value).
- Order cancelled after shipping ? 2% cancellation fee + ?150 shipping charge.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
- Failure to accept delivery will result in a ban from future purchases on our website.
- Frequent cancellations or returns may also lead to restrictions or account bans. We encourage customers to read product descriptions and policies carefully before placing an order.
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation regarding approval or rejection.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to your original mode of payment.
